Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We’ll prorate any upgrades.

What counts as an AI insight credit?

Each time you ask a question in Chat (or via API) and Anthrena generates SQL and interprets results, that counts as one credit. Direct SQL execution without AI assistance does not count. Credits reset monthly.

What counts as a row?

Rows refer to the number of rows in your imported datasets (Parquet or CSV). A single file with 50K rows counts as 50K rows toward your limit.

What happens if I exceed my AI credit limit?

Starter blocks at 50 credits—upgrade to Pro for more. Pro users can add credits at $2 per 1,000. You’ll get a heads-up before you hit your limit.

Is there a free trial for Pro?

Yes. Pro comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can upgrade from Starter when you’re ready.

What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Pro is $20/month when billed monthly, or $200/year when billed annually (save $40). Annual billing is charged upfront and renews each year.
